What happens when the bug occurs? Not able to log in
What do you expect to see? Using the service what i have paid for!

I cannot log in via EA Desktop nor download an EA game with Xbox Game Pass. It always results an error code 10005. Also when i log in via https://help.ea.com, i cannot get access to account secuirity.
