@EA_Jason Why do I have to install a clean version of windows to play a game I purchased? Why do I have to run your software to run a program I purchased? I can't play what I've purchased. This is ridiculous.

EA SPORTS FC™ TeamWell you shouldn't have to reinstall Windows to get rid of the EC:10005 error message @iSellSpleens.
As for having to use a program to launch games, that's due to the DRM. Most other games make use of some sort of DRM application such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Origin, etc.
Can you give a little explanation what's happening with some screenshots?
