What troubleshooting have you performed so far @TheTeaShed?
As I think it is related connection, please try the following:
- Launch the EA app as an administrator.
- Turn off your VPN.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus or create an exception for the EA app.
- Clear the cache via App Recovery.
- Make sure that you don't have any proxies enabled.
same problem with my EA Desktp Win10
no VPN , firewall disabled
Bro i've had this issue for over a day after buying a game. I haven't even been able to play the game I bought yet. No vpn, no firewall, no internet issues.
