As I think it is related connection, please try the following:
- Launch the EA app as an administrator.
- Turn off your VPN.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus or create an exception for the EA app.
- Clear the cache via App Recovery.
- Make sure that you don't have any proxies enabled.
This error has started happening for me as well. Why is there no clear solution to this error?
THIS IS A JOKE! i cant contact EA. I bought the game pass ultimate to play madden 22 and the first week i had it i had a problem with my game crashing. Starting today i cant even login. This is a disgusting disgrace of a company and its a complete scam due to the fact that nothing works. i demand to have my game pass extended so i will actually be able to play the game i bought
