Please also try my suggestions earlier in the thread, and let me know whether you're able to test with your EA account on another computer, or someone else can test with their EA account on your computer. I'd like to know whether the problem is the computer or the account.
He did post an image of the error in the starting message.
I have the same problem as him but then for EA sports FC25
