I've purchased EA play membership through Epic games. I downloaded Battlefield 1 on EA app but after I launch the game it show like this(following picture):
Also I noticed that the EA app can't recognize my EA Play membership(even though I could download the game because I have the membership.)

Your EA Play membership is tied to the platform you got it on, so if you have it on the Epic Games Store, it won't carry over to Steam or the EA app. There's more info in the FAQ here. Could you try downloading it directly from the EGS to see if that works instead?
I think I chose to download Battlefield 1 through EGS. But when I press play button it appears that 'please wait until the partner program start up.' then directly the error page shows up. Then, EA app tries to start the battlefield 1 and the error page shows up again. Do you find any error cause here?
I could try to download it again, but just let you know it took 7 hours..
