Extra content from Enchanted by Nature not showing in game

Thanks, in that case please reach out to the live support team from the site here so they can check your account details and be sure that extra content is available for you. 

This process has been beyond frustrating. After waiting 5 hours to talk to someone who reported it as a technical bug, they ended the chat before I could ask about  the case #. To even try to talk to that person again I have to wait another 5hrs. Is there really no email to contact in regards to issue. 

Hi again. So my post was deleted for issues with the sims 4 fairy garden digital content not being delivered and still missing a month later. Probably because I said it was fraud to not deliver what was paid for (because it is).  I am looking for answers here. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been told it would be fixed in 24 hrs then in two weeks and now to watch Twitter for an update about it. I don't see how a code cannot be delivered  since third. Party sites still have it.  This makes me never want to purchase directly from EA app since if this had happened on steam they would have had to deliver the content already or steam would go after them.  I have been playing since the first sims game. This is so ridiculous to be begging for help for something I paid for. And the forums are filled with people having similar issues.
