error 500

When I open the game library, the interface fails to load properly and displays a 500 error. I can't download games, uninstall existing ones, or even launch any games.

I have already submitted an error report (Report ID: cb498e56-171e-4c65-b24b-87dec87d6995). This issue has persisted for three years, and despite trying all the methods suggested by other users, none of them worked.

Does such a big company really have no technicians capable of fixing this? I saw people still posting about the same problem as recently as yesterday.

It feels like we've been left behind.
