Error code 1005

I wanted to play sims 4 on my pc with runs Windows 10. I open the app and it says error the app couldn't connect to ea servers check your Internet connection. When I'm connected through an ethernet so I have wifi I even turned off fire wall and unistalled the app but nothings worked. Please help  and my account is not locked
