error code 14-1632
I am unable to download the EA app; every attempt is blocked with an error message saying "...(error code: INST-14-1632).

I also just bought an NZXT computer and it won't allow me to download the EA game
@0mgstop @justdireraven verify that folder c:\windows\installer exists or not
and if doesn't exist, create it. this fixed it on my NZXT.
