error code 14-1632

I resolved the problem- it is not in EA Installer, but in Windows Installer: Make sure the directory/folder “Installer” exist in “C:\Windows\Installer” (if windows is installed in C🙂. If it doesn’t, just create it and install EAappInstaller again!

Create the folder C:\Windows\Installer and fix that

I have try that. It doesn’t work 

I am having the exact same issue. Tried everything suggested here and nothing has worked! Destined to never get on sims again

Hey EA, I get the error: INST-14-1632 when downloading the EA app because it installs a game from Steam, which is Need for Speed: Most Wanted, and it won't let me install the EA app. I've already tried some things to install the app, but the error still appears.
