Error Code EC:106

I'm trying to download Sims 4 on my new Mac; however, I can't get the EA App to launch. A pop-up appears that it's locked, and when I log in, it says it's wrong. That's not true because on the actual EA Website, I'm able to log in. How am I supposed to unlock the EA App so it can actually launch?

    I figured it out. You will need to reset your computer password first. Then log into the EA app like you would for your Mac
