Delete the EAappinstaller.exe and download again from: 

https://www.ea.com/ea-app

Retry installing from the new download.

Hello, everytime I try to install the EA app, the error comes up. Installing under admin privileges, on default path and custom one. I don't have any problem installing any other program or game. How do I proceed?

Check also if you can install to the default location (C:\) rather than a secondary drive (D, E, F etc) if that happens to be the case.

Downloaded again and tried installing again, on default location, with no success. Noticed that the .tmp file changes everytime, if that's of any relevance.
