Error Shows EA App Already Installed

Hi there! I bought game on steam and when i finally downloaded it i tried to install ea app but when i open the launcher i see that i already have it even tho i do not. Then i have 2 choices the fris...

@Sandverstone Reinstalling Windows is definitely not ideal by any means. Have you tried a new Windows admin account or something like Safe Mode with Networking or a Clean boot to see if any of these options make a difference?
