Summarize your bug Error downloading game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to install bf3 add-ons
What happens when the bug occurs? it wont download the dlc
What do you expect to see? from EA? nothing.
Uninstall the EA app.
Reinstall Ea play app on desired HDD, must be in program files folder.
uninstall bf3
reinstall bf3 select new hdd, program files, EA app folder.
Now open up Origin app, download bf3 add-ons through there.
as far as i understand i followed these steps for The Sims 3 expansion packs if u found or know another way please help me i will go crazy

Hej! I downloaded Seasons, Ambitions and Late Night+Stuff pack with Base Game like a week or so ago, and it worked fine. But as I finished creating my own world in CAW, I decided to get Pets. And that's when everything fell apart. I was able to pay (of course, they like money), but I was unable to download it. Then my launcher stopped seeing any of my expansions, so I uninstall them and tried to install them back again... And I couldn't. I lost everything along with my money. I've tried every single solution online I came across, but nothing worked, and what's funnier is I tried it on both apps (origin and ea app). I'm infuriated! Fuming like a burning train!

omg the same thing is happening to me with ts3 - I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and both apps but nothing is working!!!!

It seems like there's no solution out of this situation. Really. I even personally contacted the support team. I told them what I'd already done to fix it and I got an email from them telling me what to do, yet it was the same things I had already done. Do they even read? Or just copy and paste those replies? I'm tired. I wasted a ton of money because ofc they allow us to pay yet not to download...

Pretty sure they only copy and paste template answers, as I had the same issue. I've gone back and forth with the support team, explained everything I did, and they just keep saying the same thing over and over and sending me broken links to the EA help section. I have tried every work around on their site, this thread, and other threads and I simply cannot get any DLC for The Sims 3 to download no matter what I do. I am so frustrated and just want to go back to Origin, where I had no problem.
