It seems like there's no solution out of this situation. Really. I even personally contacted the support team. I told them what I'd already done to fix it and I got an email from them telling me what to do, yet it was the same things I had already done. Do they even read? Or just copy and paste those replies? I'm tired. I wasted a ton of money because ofc they allow us to pay yet not to download...
Pretty sure they only copy and paste template answers, as I had the same issue. I've gone back and forth with the support team, explained everything I did, and they just keep saying the same thing over and over and sending me broken links to the EA help section. I have tried every work around on their site, this thread, and other threads and I simply cannot get any DLC for The Sims 3 to download no matter what I do. I am so frustrated and just want to go back to Origin, where I had no problem.
