error when purchasing packs

Question

I wanted to buy some packs, I put the credit card info in, it was loading for like 8 minutes and it still didn't work ("redirecting you to payment provider's site. Stay on this page to make sure your order goes through smoothly."), I tried buying it through their website, still doesn't work. the card has sufficient funds and was the type they can use. I don't know what to do anymore

Hey&nbsp;@lilebolavirus07, if you are still having trouble with your payment, please try adding&nbsp;that payment method to your account before making the order.&nbsp;To update your saved payment info*,&nbsp;go to your Payment Methods settings.&nbsp;
