Summarize your bug Redeemed DLC not showing in game library or manage add on for game. Not showing as purchased in store. When in game shows as purchased but it's not downloaded.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Checking my EA account
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't download or find DLC in game library
What do you expect to see? A download button to install the purchased DLC
Redeemed code for 'The Sims 4 Get Famous' clicked download. The game didn't start downloading and wasn't appearing in game library/manage add ons for game. Tried downloading it by searching DLC in store, though it showed as not purchased. I loaded up the sims 4 game and it showed as purchased in game. The issue I'm having is that it's not appearing in my game library at all, but it's showing as purchased in game but I'm not able to download it anywhere. Attached is screenshots in game showing the DLC 'The Sims 4 Get Famous' has been purchased. Also, I have attached images of it not showing in my game library and manage add ons on the game. Nothing I'm doing seems to work.

If you redeemed this code but the pack isn't showing as owned in the EA app and you're not able to access it, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased this code from for either a replacement code or refund on this purchase.
