Game Activation Request

Im currently unable to access a game that i own, its telling me i need to activate it but is not allowing me to do so. i have previously activated and played almost 80 hours of it. i have followed the EA advisor's instructions changing my password uninstalling and reinstalling the game ect. attached is a screenshot of the message the game gives me when i try to load it. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

the game was purchased via steam but will not launch in either app.

    Same here ! this problem started last week ,been restore my computer to previous update only to fix it temporary, now the same thing is happenning again ,
