    Hi @Peer_Strife,

    If you redeemed this code but the pack isn't showing as owned in the EA app and you're not able to access it, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased this code from for either a replacement code or refund on this purchase. 

    Please also be sure to read over the post here for more information on where to purchase DLC.

@Peer_Strife  Where did you buy Get Famous: directly from EA, from Steam or Epic, or from a third-party store (and which one) that provided you a code to register in the EA App?

I bought the key from a third-party retailer named MMOGA. never had a problem before, this only happened after switching to the new EA-App
