Expansion Pack Not downloading!

Question

So I’ve recently gotten back into wanting to play the sims again &amp; have over 18+ packs in my game. Recently I noticed that for whatever reason, whenever I tried downloading Dine Out, Cool Kitchen Stuff, University, &amp; City Living- They won’t download at all?? I cleared EA’s cache, uninstalled over 10 times, &amp; even reset my pc thinking something was wrong. I think thought there might’ve been something wrong with my EA account &amp; noticed I had a ban/suspension. However whenever I try to dispute/appeal, the contact support page won’t load. I’m not sure what to do so please help!

Hello! So I’ve been trying but whenever I reach their contact page, it never loads &amp; when it does it says they’re having some issues &amp; not im not able to contact them.

If you're still having issues with the help site, please try the following:&nbsp;

Press F5 to refresh the page
Clear your browser's cache
Try a&nbsp;private browsing window
Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge
