Failed attempts to buy game on app but got charged

Summarize your bug My bug is i got charged and didnt get my game. the help system is a joke, i keep getting directed to articles to help solve my problem, five times already. bug report on app doesnt work, theres not a freaking email to write to, its really really frustrating,
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Chek my order history, theres a bunch of failed attempts to buy the game on 23/11/23, except i did got charged. I can also send you the charge form my bank.
What happens when the bug occurs? i dont what what i paid for
What do you expect to see? what i paid for

i got charged for an item i didn’t received since November 19, and the ea help system is a joke, i keep getting directed to read articles for help. I just need what i paid for.

  • its been two weeks now, i even got a badge for pointing out a bug for this post, but still no answer, no feedback, no money and no game. i learned my lesson on not buying on your app but i still want my product or the money back, please.
