'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

For almost 24 hours, every time I try to play The Sims 4, I receive an error message stating that the issue is on the EA side. Why is it not loading? When will this be fixed, cause I really want to play my game, please!

    for reallll!!! updated my drivers did all the recommendations even asked chatGPT😭it's ever since the August 19th update but they need to get their sh!t together if they're going to still make people pay for games that won't work because of issues on their end.
