My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

Hi - I also had this issue. App was latest version, preordered the pack in advance. Logged in, wasn't installed, so I went back out and repaired the game. Immediately hit this same snag, with this same exact error message. Decided to try repairing again, but cleared the preorder content from my repair tray as it wouldn't proceed past it, and it repaired the rest of the game just fine. However, it would hit the same snag on the same preorder content for Enchanted by Nature if I reinitiated repair from the beginning. So I gave up and went into the game, and lo and behold, my preorder stuff is there despite the error in the repair tray.
Mine is doing this as well during repairing the game. The content is in the game anyway though.
I preordered the Enchanted pack and when it came out today I went to download the addon and it says I don't own the title. What does that mean? the payment cleared and I'm trying everything; clearing the cache, resetting my computer, resetting the app and deleting and reinstalling. Nothing is working and EA chat told me I'm SOL. How can i get access to this game now that i can't get a refund and i have no access to the game? Help
As the Title says, the EA App is stuck downloading the Enchanted by Nature Fairy Garden Digital Content.

I have the same issue when repairing the game.
Hi EA_Solaire yes, I am seeing the three extra items in my game. i.e. the Lofty Leaf Pond, Luminous Mycena Lantern and Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home, (though I had to search for the Lofty Leaf Pond as I couldn't find it in any categories).

Exact same for me, I didn't notice anything until I tried repairing the game.
