Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My game is fine now. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the base game and all of the packs. For a while I couldn't complete downloads for the DLC; there was some kind of server error. But this time all of the DLC downloaded without errors, and now my game runs with and without mods. EA_Solaire​ I also see the Fairy Garden extra content.

When trying to Repair the game, EA App is still getting stuck downloading the Fairy Garden Digital Content.

Since installing my Enchanted by Nature Preorder, I have: 

Updated the EA App
Cleared the EA App cache numerous times. 
Tried repairing the game numerous times with it failing each time due to the EA App getting stuck downloading the Fair Garden Digital Content. 

Oddly, when I clear the cache to STOP the repair, in Manage Add-Ons it does list the Fairy Garden Digital Content as 'in game content' suggesting it's installed as with all the other digital (bonus) content I have from other packs.

So . . . it seems that Repairing the Game is now broken due to the Fairy Garden Digital Content ONLY. Each time I try to Repair the game I get the same result each time with the Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted Error. 

I have not tried to run the game as of yet.

This was weird for me. I was playing today, had just downloaded the new patch and the new DC (enchanted living) and unfortunately a gallery lot crashed the game. Fine, it happens all the time. But when I went to repair the game (as I always do after any crash) when it got to the new DC it said I didn't have permissions, or I wasn't the owner of said DC and the entire repair got paused. So then I thought, ok I will just uninstall the new one and reinstall it. Welp, when I did that, it uninstalled every one of my packs (I own every one except a style pack I believe so 64?). So then I google and everyone says, uninstall EA app and reinstall it. Cool, so then I do that. When I went to reinstall them all, I got told I needed to allow disk access (but this also wasn't showing either the EA app or the EA Launcher, which Iearned was what I needed and allowed) and I have now tried to reinstall all my packs but I kept getting an error message that was like either restart the app or give up. SO I restart three times. Finally after watching things not download, I canceled them all and restarted the process.

(SIDENOTE: Have you all consider a motherf*cking download all button?! Jesus. I have never been more annoyed than the process of reinstalling EVERY. INDIVIDUAL.PACK. CLICKING DOWNLOAD, YES I WANT TO USE MY SPACE AND THEN WAITING TO DO IT AGAIN SIXTY FOUR TIMES. A download all button would have definitely made this entire process far less mind numbingly repetitive.)

(OH ALSO BECAUSE THERE IS NO CANCEL ALL DOWNLOADS--I had to do this all again. So really, I did this THREE TIMES. Just to download, cancel and then redownload. SOoooooo happy I spend so much money on a game I adore but is absolutely broken.)

So upon trying to re-download. I get an error I cannot fully read that just says "Something went wrong. Try" And that's all I can see. which is SO HELPFUL. So I don't know why I can't download all my packs. I don't know what I need to do in order to make that happen. I don't know why when I uninstalled ONE SINGULAR PACK all of my packs uninstalled. I would love to hear YOUR THOUGHTS on why this happened. I was really looking forward to playing with faries. Guess not.

I'm having the same problem just spent $40 bucks for nothing!!! also having problems with my first pet stuff not downloading as well for some odd reason. 

So I started getting an error for tunable_perf, I still have absolutely zero idea what this means, but all my script mods are up to date, I even tried removing all of them to no avail. The error goes away, but I still can't soothe the 5 seconds from enraging werewolf at my doorstep. I tried removing all of my mods, and repairing my game files, but then the launcher says that it disabled ownership of the pack even though I'm making payments over time with Klarna, and then it doesn't let me play the game or update the pack until I reset the cache. I don't know what I broke or how I managed to break it, but I think this is all Kristopher's fault because he wasn't satisfied with enraging and breaking my in-game items. He also wanted to break my entire game too. 

same exact issue. It is interesting, though, I noticed that when I try to do a repair the new Expansion Pack doesn't show up in the repair queue.  I was able to update my game and download the pack today just fine, and I can see the new world. When I go to Manage Addons I can see it shows the Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack.  I'm wondering if there's some reason its not finding it during the repair and that's causing an issue?

I was playing for a few hours today, with the new Enchanted By Nature Pack when it suddenly froze (animations wings and rain still fluttered though). I had to force quit and hit repair in the EA App. I came back to the repair paused, and was like, "strange". I tried to un-pause it and it tells me I "don't own this title". I'm like, "excuse me?" 

I click the help link, it tells me to clear the cache, so I do, but I have the same results. When I hit repair it says I don't own this title. I'm not sure if it means I don't own TS4 or Enchanted by Nature. 

Any advice? Anyone else experiencing this?

No mods or CC installed at this time.

UPDATE: 

After numerous attempts at Repairing and having the Repair FAIL I cleared the cache (yet again) and checked Add-On Management and both the Enchanted by Nature Expansion and Fairy Garden Digital Content are listed as Installed, so I thought I'd load the game to see what was going on. 

Upon initial running of the game I was met with two splash screens, one for the pack and one for the digital content, as expected. 

I also checked to make sure the new world was present in game and it is. 

However, after exiting the game and attempting another Repair, the Repair failed yet again with the same Error "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted Error" when trying to process the Fairy Garden Digital Content file. 

This makes NO sense to me whatsoever. 

Hopefully the EA App / Game gets fixed so we can once again Repair our game.

Anyone else have trouble saving games aswell? I wonder if it's has something to do with the game not recognizing the bonus items. 

 I'm glad I'm not alone in this. This just happened to me today as well.
