My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
I’m having the same issue. It shows I have the pack, I can make a fairy but no wing option shows up. Cant see any new items. I can’t see the new world
I was downloading the new Sims pack and decided to repair my game in the process. While repairing, my downloads were frozen and I got an error message.
I've always owned the Sims 4 digitally, since the game launched. I've only moved from the Orgin app to the EA app, and I've never had the EA play subscription. I've tried repairing the EA app, reinstalling the EA app, contacting support, and restarting my computer (I'm on Mac). Does anyone know of a fix for this?
If it helps, save files have also recently been disappearing from my Sims too.

so i preordered the new enchanted by nature pack, downloaded it and got to create my fairy and move her into her home. after that my game crashed and i went back in to rehome her and save. almost immediately after that my game crashed again. so i went to try and repair it but now when it gets to the new pack to repair it brings this pop up that says and i quote. "Game ownership disabled or deleted" and then it goes on to say "we've paused the download because you dont own this title. you can cancel the download, keep it paused, or visit the game hub for more options." i have proof that i purchased it already and i have cleared my cache and everything else that was recommended... i have no idea what to do now. does anyone know how to help me?

In the EA app click on the three bars on the top left. A menu pops down giving you the option to create a ticket. If it helps, I found when I took out TwistedMexis TOOL mod it worked ok.
ITS THE T.O.O.L MOD!!!! I sorted through my 900+ mods and that was the one that has issues
Hi. I played the new pack and as usual after closing the game, I perform a repair. This is what I got during repairing and there is no way to skip it. I had to cancel the repairing. What is happening? I can see the pack in library but I cannot repair the game.
Having the exact same issue.
I pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature pack a week or so ago, and tried to download it today. I was really looking forward to playing this pack, and now it's completely ruined my ability to play at all :(
Now my game just shows a screen that says "game update required", and when I try to update it, it'll act like it works, but then I get a popup that says my "ownership is disabled", and the download is "paused". When I try to unpause it, the notification pops up again. I've force-quit, restarted the game, cleared my cache AND tried the repair function, which repaired everything but the EBN pack.
I'm on a MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.5
