My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
I'm having the same issue!
I managed to install Enchanted by Nature, went in and made a sim, went to place her on a lot in Innisgreen and my game froze on the loading screen. Had to force quit, went to repair the game and it got to the end and got stuck on the Fairy Garden digital content, showing a thing saying that either I didn't own this title or it had been deleted...so the repair couldn't be completed. Went back into the game to see if there were any signs of life, and my sim was there on the home screen, but when I went to load her game it once again got stuck on the loading screen. Followed EA's advice to clear cache etc, but to no avail. Nothing seems to be helping.
Trying to find help through the EA app/EA help on X and it's sent me here to make a post about it!
Really hope they get this fixed soon.

My game says I don't have this pack expansion with my sims even though I have it and got it help
I pre-ordered the new expansion pack but after downloading it a few issues started. I created a sim but it then wouldn't let me into the world only to show white screen. After restarting the app and my computer several times nothing has worked. Trying to repair the pack which only makes the message 'game ownership disabled or deleted' appear.
This is frustrating as I have never faced an issue like this before. I have noticed that others are also being affected too. Does anyone have a fix/ solution?
I have this exact issue too and wanted to add that i tried to repair the game and found that even though it shows all signs that i have bought the expansion and the digital content that comes with it, my EA app is telling me there's an issue because "i don't own the digital content pack".... even though i do. Perhaps you have this issue too?

For some reason, that's also happening to me, and the fairies aren't even working, even when I made one of my Sims become a fairy with wings and all that good stuff. When they transform into their fairy form, they are still wearing their regular human clothes. This honestly sucks, and I was so excited to play with fairies. ( edit: I just did a report, I had to uninstall then reinstall my game just without the pack i don't wanna use it broken)

I pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature pack a week or so ago, and tried to download it today. I was really looking forward to playing this pack, and now it's completely ruined my ability to play at all :(
Now my game just shows a screen that says "game update required", and when I try to update it, it'll act like it works and start downloading, but then I almost immediately get a popup that says my "ownership is disabled", and the download is "paused". When I try to unpause it, the notification pops up again. I've force-quit, restarted the game several times, cleared my cache AND tried the repair function, which repaired everything but the EBN pack. Since I'm stuck in this never-ending loop where the game still "needs an update", I can't even open the game to play without the new pack. Nothing has worked.
I'm on a MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.5 no mods
