My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
Exact same message. I tried repairing and restarting app, but nothing. Also cleaned Cache.

Mine is doing the same thing. When I went into the world it was blank so I did a game repair which the EA app disabled. I sent in a support ticket.
Same here. Very annoying.
I own the pack but the world was a blank white screen. I did a repair and got the same message as you. It paused the repair saying I don't own the pack. I sent in a ticket.
Did that.
What is going on? I was repairing my game and got this.
How did you send a ticket in if you do'nt mind me asking?
Enchanted By Nature Fairy Garden Preorder Bonus Content Download/Repair EA App Issue : Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted Error
Just finished downloading my Preorder of Enchanted by Nature and then wanted to repair the game before running it the first time. I received a popup box which says "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted" when the EA App tries to repair the Enchanted by Nature Fairy Garden Preorder Bonus Content.
I have cleared the EA App cache several times, Enchanted by Nature is still listed in my owned/installed add-ons and I'm not sure what to do about getting my Fairy Garden Preorder Bonus Content to behave normally with the EA App so I can successfully complete Repairing my game.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
