When I click "Family Playtime" there's a message that reads "This page is still waking up"
Been hours since.
I'm trying to check the parental controls, tried the web and another message pops up: "Something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue"
Checked the server status and everything seem to be working.

Yes, tried on my phone and with mobile data and still cant load.

I have the same problem. Can't seem to get past that "This page is still waking up". Going to the ea website, under my profile and selecting 'Family Management', i get the other wonderful error message.
