FC26 controller not working PC (Ea App)

Good day

I am having an issue with any controller I connect when playing FC26 via the EA App. I noticed that when connecting my controller whether it be PS4 controller, Xbox controller or My Pro controller newly purchased the controller is connected via cable but the minute the game starts up my light of the controller turns off and goes into the charging state... I can play any game mode offline but when playing ultimate team the controller responds in squads and rush but I can only pass, shoot and lob when playing Rivals. I know its an on going issue but every time i try with any controller it disconnects me and I get a disconnecting notice. Its frustrating. I have tried updating my GPU, windows and game, I have set the FPS to 60 with vsync on and off and sometimes my controller responds for 5 seconds and then i get the message that I must connect my controller before i forfeit the match. I tried playing with keyboard when that happens but even my keyboad doesnt respond .i have to completely close the game and restart for my keyboard to respond.

Is there any solution yet as I see that its still under investigation.

This is frustrating cause I cannot finish the timed objectives and its all because i cannot complete the rivals part of the objectives.

Please help me get a solution ASAP
