Not sure if you've found a solution to this issue. I've been searching Google and YouTube for a solution too. No avail.
I played around with some settings and that nasty error disappeared and the game runs perfectly fine now.
What you want to do is navigate to the fifa22.exe file. Right click and select properties. Select the compatibility tab. Choose windows Vista as the compatibility mode and unchecked the run as administrator box, then click on apply.
Run the game and it should work. Hope this helps! 🙂

The Vista thing did not help, and when i try to launch as admin, Ea app pops up and says "The game is already running". * Ea honestly
