@VinnieLaViva Can you try the following?
- Pause the download
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Click Clear Cace
- Once it reboots itself, log out of the app
- Log back in as normal
- Resume the download
Hey , Thanks for the answer , i was try it unfortunately that didnt fix it, as soon as I connect again after the reboot I have to click on download again, it's no longer on preparing

yes , i follow what you give me , and as i said it didnt do anything
cant click resume because there is no download on waiting , when i clear chace and the app reboot i have to click download again because is not on preparing...
game still stuck on preapring at the end of the day ugh

I am trying to pre.load Jedi Survivor and I have the *exact* same issue. I put 70€ into this bloody game and I am not buying a PS5 to get it.

- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Attach a DxDiag:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
