FIFA 23 - Download stuck at "preparing"

Hello, I have an issue with the downloading of FIFA 23. My dowload is stuck at preparing. I was always using origin before but now I can't because it forces me to install EA app . Please help SOS. ...

@VinnieLaViva Can you try the following?

  • Pause the download
  • Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  • Click Clear Cace
  • Once it reboots itself, log out of the app
  • Log back in as normal
  • Resume the download

I have tried it also, but it is still stuck on preparing

    I tried downloading FIFA 22 and FIFA 21. Both are downloading like normal. but when I wanted to download FIFA 23 again it is stuck on preparing

      Nothing works for me, it doesn't download any ea game

        The EA app won't download anything. All of my games are stuck on 'Preparing' and never begin the download..
