FIFA 23 - Download stuck at "preparing"
Hello, I have an issue with the downloading of FIFA 23. My dowload is stuck at preparing. I was always using origin before but now I can't because it forces me to install EA app . Please help SOS.

- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Attach a DxDiag:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
Any update on the problem? I havent been able to play FIFA 23 for about 2 months now. Thanks EA

@UltimateEdgeLord Hey, so I took a look and had not seen one on here. I have seen different steps work for different players and would be more than happy to provide those. I did reach out and ask about it so I'm waiting on an update myself. I will let you know once I have one.
