Hello, I have an issue with the downloading of FIFA 23. My dowload is stuck at preparing. I was always using origin before but now I can't because it forces me to install EA app . Please help SOS.

Hey , No, unfortunately nothing, the download doesn't exist after the reboot, I guess it's because the download didn't start from the beginning .
It doesn't start to download even one percent, it's just stuck on preparing at zero percent😢
Community Manager@VinnieLaViva Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the App as administrator and let us know if that helps.

Even in clean boot which nothing should interfere with it is still in the same state , appreciate the help tho
Could be related to the fact that the system runs on Windows 11?
Community Manager@VinnieLaViva Win 11 would only be a factor if the OS build you have would be blocking it somehow. I get it is frustrating because it would seem like the simple steps would resolve it but do not always.

Hello again, I have an update, I tried to download the game now on my old computer, it always worked on it, and it is also stuck in the same state, so it is probably the network right ?
It's strange that the network blocks only EA software only and suddenly, because it worked on the old computer, and now it doesn't work there also

I tried downloading FIFA 22 and FIFA 21. Both are downloading like normal. but when I wanted to download FIFA 23 again it is stuck on preparing
