FIFA 23 PC NOT LAUCHING (BLACK SCREEN/SCREEN FREEZE)

Summarize your bug When I launch fifa 23 via EA APP on PC with a controller connected I get a blackscreen, nothing happens after that. When I launch FIFA23 via EA APP on PC without a controller connected I get a frezze in the loading screen for the game. NEVER OCCURED VIA ORIGIN APP.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't have any idea, there are currently many other players facing similar issues when loading the game after EA forced us to use EA APP.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing I just get either a black screen or the screen freeze in the loading screen from fifa23.
What do you expect to see? The problem solved and a compensation beacause I cannot play via EA APP neither origin.
Hello, once I first started playing fifa23 I was trying to do it via EA APP but I found out that I had problems with it, I was always getting the anti-cheat error. In order to play the game I instaled Origin and things went smoothly since then, 0 problems.
Yesterday EA asked me to delete Origin and move permanently to the EA APP wich I did, and well now once I open the game with no controller connected my game gets stuck in the loading screen. And if I start the game with the controller connected I get a blackscreen.
I have tried many options, uninstall both EA APP and fifa 23, I updated all my drivers and did all my windows updates, turned off my antivirus, run everything has an admin, cleaned EA APP cache, repair fifa 23 via EA APP, changed resolutions options, have gaming mode turned on... etc .
Is someone able to help me? thnx
