Sims 4

I haven’t been able to play for months now ! I have restarted deleted and redownloaded the sims 4 app and went through all my mods and unfortunately deleting and removing them all. I have tried everything I can think of to try and fix the issue and nothing seems to work I keep hitting this same screen. It’s also not a WiFi connection problem every other game I try and load up works fine just not my sims 4. 

Any idea what this could be ? Or what I can do to fix this!?
