Fifa 23 will not download on ea app

I'm having an issue with a big in my ea app that's not letting me download and install fifa 23. Many agents on the help chat for 2 weeks straight have either just left the chat in a rude manner or just given up and reported my issue as a bug. I've had no proper help with this issue and I am paying for the pro membership! I get multiple errors in different scenarios depending on what changes agents have made on my account, never the less the problem still persists and I have no idea how to fix it. I have tried re downloading the app, following pc troubleshoot information, I even reset my whole pc. Nothing works.
