FiFA24 Redeem Code not working

Question

Yesterday I wrote the KEY in the EA APP--> Redeem Code and it showed me that everything was alright until the game started to download.

It showed an error; I restarted the EA APP and the game is not even in my LIBRARY!! How is this happening !!!

I opened a CASE and now what do I need to do?to wait until the case is solved? Or what?
