Fix the laucher please

Fix your launcher for the love of God, I can't even launch or update my games. The more I read the more I find out everyone got issues with this.. thing. Even Origin and Ubisoft, UBISOFT are better ones. I can provide some information about my exact situation, but please DO NOT copy paste a pre-defined response. Please let me play the games I loved and/or payed for. And plus, this even breaks my PC, making all my apps freeze to death, EVEN AFTER QUITTING IT (yes from background too), cause this thing will leave you with some processes that can only be terminated trough Task Manager. Please come back to me if your are willing to provide decent help.
