Same issue as a couple weeks ago that was supposedly fixed. Cannot play It Takes Two together even though we are sitting next to each other having the same issue. Shows as online until we launch, when we close out and try to put ourselves back online we get "Presence Update Failed" just like in the previous issue. No troubleshooting is working. From today's morning there is a big crossplay/servers issue. I had 170 friends and now magically the list is empty. Players on steam can't see people which has game on EA app. I have got f1 23 on ea app. When im trying to refresh my status on EA App there is message "Status update failed, try again".

how come you cant fix something right this is the 3 time this has happened. poeple not show up in your friends list or when you are in game they dont show they are playing that game so why is it so hard to fix this?

There is an issue on a friend list that it doesn't show friends online correctly so I cannot invite them to join the squad.
Sometimes in EA App, it works but in game there is no my friends on friend list. Additionally, it shows just some of my friends sometimes.

Unable to see any online/offline friends in-game added through EA app. Thus I can not add them in a squad. My in-game friend list is empty. Why? How to solve this? It was okay 1 day ago.

- Cleared cache.
- Restarted the EA app and the game.

No change!

After the release of the last 2 updates, Me and all of my friends are not able to be seen in EA app or in the game social menu. We've tried launching the EA App as Administrator and repairing the game in the App. The ability seems to come back in a day or so after more people complain. Need HOT FIX please!
