There has been 4 days since my library shows nothing, either ea app doesnt let me browse any games. This needs to be fixed asap cause im losing days on my ea membership and if the problem contuines I reallt will ask for a refund cause this has been going on for too long already. I’ve bought my games months even years ago. I have been playing my games until 4 days ago perfectly fine with no problems. I have tried reinstalling the program, clearing cache, disabling the antivirus while installing, restarting, literally every troubleshooting step and still no fix. Im dealing for 4 hrs now on every step possible but no fix. I need live assistance immediately cause this has been going on for too long its not normal. I've been waiting for this case for an hour and still no response, this is not right, please react. I have tried literally everything. I even formatted the PC CM Edit: Removed all caps - edited title for clarity

If you require live assistance, please contact EA Help Support via chat.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:

Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

Select the game you need assistance with or EA App

Select "I want to update my EA Account information"

Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

Restart your pc and open ea app.
After 5-10 sec go to view and push reload page. This will fix it.

My ea app is not showing any games it did at first but now it shows none. I have ea fc 25 pre downloaded from before but I cannot launch it the browse shows empty I am unable to do anything with the ea app I tried unistalling and reinstalling it it did not work I tried clearing the cache it did not work either I need help I have paid form my ea play pro and still I cannot play any games because of this

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot see your games in the library anymore. This often happens when people mistakenly log in to the incorrect account. If you're unsure about which EA account your games are, you can contact EA Help Support as they should be able to assist you in finding the correct account. If you're sure you're logged in to the correct account, does it show that your EA Play Pro Subscription is currently active?

It is not only on my library it shows no game at all it does not show any game available to buy also. I paid for my sub yesterday and it would find any games at all on the app

Please help I have bought the subscription and I am not able to use it because of this issue. If this cannot be fixed please refund my money then this does not make sense
