As of a week ago my entire EA app library is suddenly gone without explanation and I can't access games or the store. I can open them through the local .exe files (some of them) but not through the EA app. I tried clearing cache through recovery, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, but to no avail. I reached out to EA customer support live chat twice, but they couldn't fix it. They keep saying they see the games in my library, but I do not.
Thing is, I tried VPN and they finally show up. The moment I disconnect the VPN, they're gone again. What could be causing this? EA customer support says my country is no geo-restricted. I also doubt my ISP is blocking EA, I can login and visit the EA website just fine.

1 year ago@angarryboye Which country are you from, and when you VPN, which are you VPNing to?
- 1 year ago@SansGelatine I'm from Kosovo, so it depends. Sometimes the IPs come up as Albania, sometimes as Serbia.
Any other country works really, tried UK and Germany for example.- SansGelatine1 year ago
