Community ManagerHi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

This happened to me too and I spent 3 hours trying to fix it. The fact that it is happening to all of us makes me think it is on their end. I have tried a clean boot, uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure Windows is up to date, drivers are up to date, I cleared the cache. Ran it as administrator. Nothing works. Please let us know what's going on!
