[FIXED] "The app crashed unexpectedly" error in EA app since Feb. 7, 2024

Hi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.

I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.

Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

I'm experiencing the same problem, but while trying to fix it, I found that the app doesn't crash when I log into my other account. However, I'm certain that I haven't been banned or done anything wrong. So now I'm just very confused.

@Koninginnen Yes, same with me. When I log into another account, it works fine but when I log into my main account, it keeps crashing. And my account isn't banned because if it was, I wouldn't been able to post on the forums.
