Seeing as they don't seem to be bothered about the thousands of complaints on here, I messaged them on IG. I suggest everyone who read this do the same on every Social Media platform until the problem is fixed! We all deserve some serious comp for this.

@aevans3260 i was getting stressful because i just want to play The sims 4
i been play sims 4 since almost 7 years (aug 29 2017) and it is my first time it happened to me this morning

    @sparkleberry333 I'm sorry Ea, but this just makes me feel disapointed. i am just playing other games, and stuff, but wow. :o Good thing I have Steam. So I can play those games. :3 If I want. :o
