friends are offline

Hello everyone!

All of my friends are offline on the EA App and Battlefield V. I can't invite or join anyone. But in Apex Legends, everyone is online. I've tried to find solutions to this problem both on EA's website and other sources, so far nothing has worked for me.
Also me and my friends have tried these methods:

Nothing helped
I also reinstalled windows completely, but that didn't help either. I rebooted the router and the provider is fine with the connection.

    Same, me and multiple of my friends are unable to play EA PGA 23 because we can't see each other online through the EA app. I have 3 different friends added on EA and we've had no problem playing up until a couple days ago. Now , every time we try to invite , it shows no friends. Very frustrating

    Hello, try to log out of EA, when you log in, you can check stay logged in and then there is also the option to remain invisible. Otherwise, I have a similar problem, I can see my friends online on EA, but I can't see them in the BF 5 game anymore, so I can't join the game and I don't even receive invitations from friends.

    @yutoaims Experiencing this problem in SW Battlefront 2 and 2042. This issue has been happening for the past 2 years.
    The problem relates to the way these games communicate with EA App.
    Such a headache.
