Same here.
It's not my connection, yesterday everything was fine.
Something is broken on EA side in this moment. Hope they fix.

  Hi. I'm having the exact same problem starting from today. I even updated the app, but nothing. My friends still see me online and I can play BF4 online, but I can't see them online on the EA App or Battlefield Menu. Does anyone know when EA is going to fix this annoying problem?
