Game constantly verifying

Hello,  my game gets stuck in the verifying stage on my Mac computer. I click the game then it verifies and then it does it again. I have cleared the EA app cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the...

    I repaired the game without the mod and save file inside and it ended up working.

n0va-babe​  Where is the game installed?  You can see the location in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
