Game has disappeared from library

Hi, I just logged in after being away for a while and my Battlefield 3 game has disappeared from my Library. I went to re download it ad its saying I don't own the game?! I put my original cd key in ...

    If you're not seeing your games in your game library, it sounds like you're most likely logging into the app with the incorrect EA account details- you'd need to login to the app using the same account information that you had originally redeemed this code on. 

    If you're needing help locating the correct login details, you can contact live support for more assistance- you'll provide your game code to live support and they can verify which account it's linked with and help you get logged in properly.
